The show opens up with a dedication in the memory of Jon Honig by Evelyn, Jeff, Wendy and Richard.

The rap like music begins, and our hip Bubbe gets into her spiel. Today it is all about chicken. But not just any chicken, this is schnitzel. It is a great way to give yourself a treat with not as much fat. And when the grandchildren eat it, what more can you ask.

Bubbe then shows off something that she is very proud of. It is a sample that says "Life's greatest treasures come from the heart..." or as Bubbe likes to call it "Feelings come from the heart."

Time to get to work. Find the recipe on feedmebubbe.com. So first the bread crumbs is really important. Grate it yourself but make sure to use the correct side of the grater. If you use the wrong side... well it could hurt. Just make sure to watch your fingers.

Then comes the egg, and the water, and the mixing. Speaking of mixing, in the flour is all kinds of spices. It is all about taking the spoon and mixing it all together.

Time to get rid of the fat. Just cut it out the best that you can and put into a plastic bag. And now it is hammer time. So bang that mallet or pot tops and start breaking the meat and expand it the best you can.

When it is time to coat and fry them make sure to wash your hands first.

Time to ask Bubbe... this time the question comes to us from YouTube. Svillethomas asks "Should I feel out of place watching these videos if I'm not Jewish?" What a good question and Bubbe has the perfect answer... "Absolutely not, enjoy...." She makes Irish food, Italian, etc. Bubbe makes it kosher but you can get all the food supplies in the market. This will help you develop new taste buds.

Today's Yiddish word is very important for all over the world. TSDOKE now those that know of the word in hebrew it is TZEDAKAH but in Yiddish TSDOKE. Anyway Bubbe tells a touching story about the way people used to drop in coins. In this time when awful things are happening in California with the fires please remember to give TSDOKE to those that need. The key is not giving a fish but teaching how to fish.

Back to the chicken in the pot. But the oil in the frying pan and let the oil flow. Now it is time to give the chicken a bath in the flour, egg wash, and bread crumbs.

Place on the aluminum foil pan and get it ready for the oven and even use the freezer if you need it. And then Bubbe turns the chicken over and places it into a plate with luchen (noodles), string beans, and carrots.

Bubbe's Rosh Hashanah Message

For our viewers and friends from all over the world,

I want to express my thanks, appreciation, encouragement and for your inspiration which has helped make our videos a success. This has been a very exciting year for both Avrom and I.

Tonight on the eve of Rosh Hashanah, known as the Jewish New Year, I want to kick off the New Year wishing everyone good health, wealth, happiness, and peace.

Take time out, beginning with the traditional custom of dipping a slice of apple in honey. Why not join with our family and yours to start dinner off with everyone sitting around the table together, dipping a slice of apple in honey, wishing each other a sweet and good year.

Another good use of honey can be seen in the recent video that I made for Food Network's Dave Lieberman's show on Yahoo “In Search of Real Food”. The dish I made for Dave is vegetarian and is called tzimis and a meat version can be seen in episode #14 of my show listings. Both are made with carrots and honey and are a traditional dish made for Rosh Hashanah.

I continue to look forward to your emails and comments. I am amazed by the voice mail and the volume that I have received these past few months. And I have enjoyed speaking with you over AIM and on me.dium.com. I look forward to hearing from all of you.

The show opens up with a dedication in the memory of Jon Honig by his grandson Jeffrey Honig.

Today Bubbe tells us we are going to make a summer soup. Have to make it good and make it fast.

She looked into her cabinet and found cold beets. Well she is going to make it simple and good and we will have something good in minutes.

Bubbe drains out the liquid from the beets and shows us all of her beets and the grating of the beets.

Moving on Bubbe takes the grated beets and places them into her saucepan.

She goes over to the stove and places the saucepan on the range and brings it all to a boil.

Yiddish Word of the Day time and todays Yiddish word is.... well it's a long beautiful poem appropriately called "I got was Words" Bubbe is not really sure who it is by, but still it is one poem you have to hear Bubbe read to you to get the full emotions from it.

Avrom of course wants one word and asks Bubbe, so wait what's the word of the day? Good question Avrom. Bubbe responds POEME which in English is poem. Avrom sums it up... so poems poeme...

Back to the Cold Beet Borscht. It's been sizzling in the pot and all of these ingredients are being added in. You can just see the aroma. Make sure to place the cover on the pot.

So then you take it out after it being boiled so much but this is not hot beet Borscht, oh no this is Cold Beet Borscht. So being Cold Beet Borscht it needs to be placed in the refrigerator.

Bubbe then shows off how you can put in a potatoe and cream with cucumbers and all kinds of other tricks.

Summer time, is a time for food, family and fun. One of our viewers Tad from the University of Kansas, asked the tough question. He wanted to learn how to pick out the best from the fruit and vegetable section.

It is then that the new theme music kicked in. Pretty snazzy...

Bubbe starts talking about how this is the perfect season for fruit and Bubbe wanted to thank everyone for emailing her about fruit.

She then talks about fruit being taken off the tree that it is hard so that since it is coming to the store it has to be semi ripened so that the store can sell it correctly.

First Bubbe shows off her fresh fruits, grapes that are fine not worry about.

Cherries, Bubbe likes to eat them like nuts. And then watch out for the nectarines and the peaches, apples, and plumbs. You have to watch carefully for the stone in the middle like mango.

Mango is delicious and more popular everyday, it needs to be soft and sweeten.

Another fruit is an avocado, if it is green it is not ripened, it needs to turn black and soft to the touch.

Try to buy fruit a day or two beforehand and those that want to make it ripe quicker uses a paper bag.

Make sure to wash and prepare the fruit.

Bubbe loves using a clear bowl. And use her lime concoction.

Look at the squeezing of the lime, you can see the aroma.

Yiddish word of the day and then all of a sudden, Avrom pulls a fast one... ok fine, it's time for an ask Bubbe. Hedwig85 on YouTube wrote in asking about the mushrooms in the fricassee are they necessary if you are allergic.

Bubbe responds that they are not necessary and you can still make the dish. No crime of leaving out the mushrooms.

Sherri P. from Arizona you are our hero! Contributions have been amazing. If it was not for all of your amazing support this episode would not be possible. During the time we were off the air the following had to be repaired:

First there was the camera, it needed a good cleaning and $300 worth of parts to get it to work again. Then there was the issue of the computer and camera not hooking up correctly so we were forced to upgrade our software. In the end we are scraping the bottom of the bucket.

Those that have donated so far you have done a huge mitzvah (kindness) to preserving these wonderful memories. I am trying to treat this as a job to make sure it gets proper care but I can only do it with your help.

We are thrilled to be back and are doing everything in our power to solve all of the issues that have taken place so far. We could have just given up when the repairs needed to be done, but your support has allowed us to continue.

Now on to the meat and potatoes....

Today we are going to make blintzes and we have recieved so many requests that this episode was going to be blintzes. It brought back memories of when Bubbe used to make them. Want to make them with bubbe then check out the recipe here (coming soon)

Bubbe's gotten a little lazy going with frozen blintzes which is not so bad but in this episode she got to experience finding the recipe. After a long search she found it burried under so many other little recipes. Blintzes can be eaten any time so Bubbe wants to thank everyone for sending in for this request.

Bubbe then shows the ingredients. There is a lot of alternating with a little flour and water. More flour and more water, mour flour and then more water. Keep stirring, more water, even more water, more flour, move it, basically keep it moving.

Then there is the frying pan. You need to choose one that will become partners with you. And when it comes to the margarine you can use foil.

We then proceed to watch Bubbe make batch after batch in the frying pan. And the best part is when she bangs it on the table. Be sure to bang with strong force.

The key with all of this is that it takes time and that the first few are always not good or perfect. Don't worry if it's not good the first few as you do more attempts it will get better over time. And don't forget to grease the pan.

Time for an Ask Bubbe, this one comes from Meridith who asks "I just found your show today, and I absolutely love it... I'm planning on trying several recipes do you have any advice on where I could substitute butter in your recipe safely, and where it would be a bad idea?

Bubbe's answer is that she likes to use margarine since she wants to cut down on cholestorol and fat for dairy meals and for meat and parave using parave margarine.

Yiddish word of the Day today is YONTEV which means holiday, so we want to wish everyone a gut yontev, well at that time we were hoping the episode was going to come out before shavuos. Oh well, it may be a little late but we still wish you a gut yontev.

Bubbe starts the show off and before she can get a word out Avrom interrupts her letting her know that Art of Living from Retirement Lving is visiting today to tape behind the scenes of Bubbe.

Bubbe then goes on and starts talking about the Senior Center and the nutritionist that comes in once a month. So Bubbe brings in her kasha varnishkes. The nutritionist mentioned how it's delicious! With the ingredients and the benifits she is going to recommend it to all of her clients. And now you can make this healty treat too! Here is the recipe!

We start with one bowl of kasha and it's the medium version of it. Notice the camera shot of the kasha sprinkling into the bowl. Of coures we have the mushrooms and the onions and I got to say the picture quality is better then we have ever had it! It just brings a tear to my eye!

It's at this point we watch Bubbe going all over the kitchen. She's sauteing, she's beating eggs, and dissolving cubes. So much going on for one delicious recipe.

It's at this point just have to notice how well the piano is working with the background of this show. Seems to help blend and calm everything into something that makes sense. If there is any video you should see for color alone it's this one!

Now it's time for the yiddish word of the day and of course it is MAZLTOV. Now the thing is it should be Mazel Tov but this is not the hebrew word of the day but instead the Yiddish word of the day. There was even a discussion behind the scenes if Mazel Tov is even Yiddish. Ok fine Bubbe was right so now it's in the show. So after all of this what does it mean? Congratulations, Good Luck. We are back from Cali... and boy the people we met....

This is a re-print from a blog post on It's Your Show I just posted, thought everyone would be interested.

You would never believe the trip that we took, IYS. As IYS Crew said, yes we were in San Jose California, at the VON (Video on the Net) Conference as hosted by Jeff Pulver and Pulver Media. If you were there you would have seen us at the Network2.tv

booth spreading the love for our program Feed Me Bubbe.

Now BevCo was supposed to come out and meet us but sadly that did not work out. But, that being said other IYSers did make an appearance and some of them was very unexpected.


So as I was mourning the loss of Bev I used my producer brain to figure out that I might as well take out my camera and just shoot.


And that is where the magic all happened. As you will see we met various IYSers and we were able to stumble upon the secret of the future look of IYS. Yes the embeding is going to be sweet and even Bubbe got into the act testing out the brand new application.


I will tell you this much... I captured it all on camera. Or at least enough for a good solid tease. So how do you get to see all of this wonderful footage? Stay tuned and keep your eyes on the IYS front page, because this multi-part feature will be off the hook!

Ok... good! Now that this is done let's go through a few highlights.


I had the oppurtunity to meet Patrick Norton. I used to watch him all the time on Tech TV and now on DL.tv. He had some great advice and it was nice to talk about the old days of Tech Tv.




Another great oppurtunity was getting 1 on 1 time with Robert Scoble. He is one of the top bloggers and very well known. One of his many very popular shows is Pod Tech. To help jog your memory think back to the guy that left microsoft and caused a big commotion with said annoucement.... ah now you get it.



Of course Chris Brogan, Jeff Pulver, and the entire Network2 team made Bubbe feel like royalty. We got full VIP treatment and the new contacts and freinds that we made have really impacted us.




We are really looking forward to going back for the Boston event in October... but that's a long way off.

Anyway I should go to the edit booth and start smashing out these episodes. And as I said before you are going to love the new IYS website that they have coming.

First the sweet potatoes get cut followed by the carrots. You can hear them cracking underneath the knife.

Now that everything is sliced and diced we now begin with the marathon at the stove. We are talking 3 hours of adding ingredients in a certain order making sure that everything soaks correctly. You can use an oven, Bubbe prefers dutch oven but she is going to use the stove top with a heavy pot.

And there goes the meat and onions but first vegetable oil. Listen to it sizzle. It was so loud you can't hear what Bubbe is trying to say. Thank goodness for captions.

The meat turns color and 2 cups of water gets added in and get ready to boil and put the cover on. This will help develop the flavor.

This is where Bubbe goes into how healthy it is and the nutritional vitamins this all has.

Time for the sweet potatoes and the carrots. If you like orange this is the section for you. Of course dried fruit is added and time to bring it back to a boil and of course time to cover the pot. Another half hour needs to pass now.

The way things are going you would never know the time passed by. So back to the video spices and honey into the pot and an explanation of how and why it is used for Rosh Hashana.

Orange Juice! Who saw that coming. As it all goes in time to put the cover back on.

Finale time so make sure to taste it so that it is to your liking and if you want sweeter more honey or less add lemon.

Quarter cup of water and cornstarch and this thickens the gravy. Make sure it's like a cream add it in and stir into the pot to blend it. Back to the cover.

This might be the fourth time that we've put the cover on and off. On and off. Can't the cover just decide what it wants to be already.

Joking aside Yiddish word of the day time and todays word is MENTSH meaning HONORABLE, and DECENT PERSON. So Bubbe wants to make sure that you be a MENTSH!

In this episode of Feed Me Bubbe we try to do something cool brand new and different then ever before.

That's right folks releasing a video that says today is Sunday Dec. 17th and it being released on that very day. So it really is the second day of Chanukah so for your enjoyment we give you latkes.

Today Bubbe is making latkes and she isn't using measurements. But for you, you can check out the measurements in our recipe section.

Let's begin... it's very simple and easy no matter how you do it, it will taste good. Time to chop potatoes, onions, and other things. So many wonderful ingredients and oh look a napkin theme. My favorite was the festive napkin covering the oil.

Time to put the potatoes in the blender. Look at the way it all gets mixed together. Wonderful! It actually is much easier then originally expected since it takes no time.

Once you have all of the batches add water to get it all started. Time to give the mixture a stir with the flour and make everything well blended.

Time to add the oil using a good size tablespoon. Check out that zoom into the tablespoon. Now that is what I call a tablespoon.

Yay the latkes go in and look at how they sizzle. You can smell it through the screen but beware you don't want to burn yourself. Oh the way it sizzles.

Time for ASK BUBBE! Bruce asks us if he can cut down the fish chowder recipe for 2 or should he just freeze the leftovers? Bubbe advises not to freeze it and a half recipe should be good enough.

The next question comes to us all the way from Luxembourg. Cedric asks that some recipes that they use include dumplings. Are matzah balls the same as kneydl? Bubbe's answer is yes this is correct that they are all the same. The only difference is that matzah balls is made typically with matzah and dumplings with flour.

And now it is time for the Yiddish Word of the Day. Today it is GELT the yiddish word for MONEY. The traditional way is not gifts but to get Chanukkah gelt. Watch the episode to hear Bubbe tell a wonderful story from her childhood.

Oh but it has to drain on the paper towels but look how golden brown and crispy they are. Time to taste the latkes on the serving plate. But you can't eat them just yet. We need to get some applesauce and sour cream.

There are so many great tips in here including how to freeze them correctly. Just imagine the mouth watering taste. Taste it you'll like it.

Freezing is very good if you have to make a whole bunch of latkes. By putting on an oven you can make them fresh. To pack them, make the latkes and let them cool and put it on tinfoil.

Bubbe tell us how she used to make 100 latkes. Mama-mia she found out such a great way to figure out to make her recipe. Her kids were very proud to have mama make the latkes.

If you lay the latkes in one layer in no time you have delicious latkes.

3 frying pans and 100 latkes think of what Bubbe did while you make them. Go ahead you can do it! Enjoy!

Time to make another healthy meal.

There was a time when Frank Sinatra was very popular. A local radio station advertised a contest from the mayonaise company. The contest was to make a recipe using mayonaise and the winner would get 2 tickets to see who else? Frank Sinatra, and you wouldn't believe who won. Of course it was Bubbe. Now you can make the recipe yourself.

There are so many white fishes out there of the kosher variety and any of those will do. Now there are all kinds of ingredients in this one but the most important is the secret ingredient, the mayonaise.

Next Bubbe points out different facts about pans including that you can use a pizza pan and cover it with aluminum foil. Moving on Bubbe mixes up some ingredients, spreads on the secret ingredient, and dips the fish into the mixture.

Bubbe throws the fish into the oven and we move on to Ask Bubbe! This time its a comment that the Fricassee is very yummy. Bubbe responds enjoy and let us know if you have any other recipes you want to see.

Ok enough of foolery lets get this going. In this episode Bubbe starts. Fricassee is a combination of chicken parts and meatballs. But don't take our word for it... check out the recipe.

And now we are going to make it the way it was in the olden days but keeping the flavor but at the same time making it low fat. Guess we should begin folks.

It is time to first make the meatballs and then the chicken. It is that simple. While we are on that Bubbe introduces us to her best friend, the old fashioned grater. The grater is perfect to make bread crumbs or used for onions in this case.

Don't forget the mushrooms and make sure it is on sale at the market it doesn't have to be fancy. Can mushrooms are just as good as non-canned mushrooms.

Bubbe adds some oil, garlic, and onion into the pan. If only you could have been there the aroma is amazing. Speaking of amazing watch how the chicken gets added and turns white. After pushing the chicken to the side in comes the meatballs.

After one of the slowest placing of the cover I have ever seen we move on to my favorite part of the show. Come on... say it. You know you want to. Fine I will. THE YIDDISH WORD OF THE DAY.

Back to the main show time to add spices and no measure necessary and then the mushrooms. It is all about flavor and timing but then again isn't that what cooking truly is about anyway?

The mushrooms shrink and chicken cube is added along with more spices and hot boiling water is the secret to get the flavor to come out. Don't forget to taste for the salt and pepper flavoring.

Time for the recap. I love the recap! Yay! Ok I'm calm now no worries. The show recaps all the fun of last time along with forgetting about the soup chicken.

Avrom does his usal spiel and the episode begins! Woo Hoo!

Bubbe starts by placing the chicken in a pan. But why hear me try to explain it when you can check out the recipe here.

Now there are all kinds of wonderful spices like the garlic and the onion. If that is not clear enough we made sure to have a closeup picture of the garlic and onion. And now you know.

Moving on time for some oil as some new aged fiddler on the roof music begins playing. Do Doo Doo Doo Doo Dooooo. (Just imagine it makes sense)

Of course spices get added on top of the oil and it is all FARTIK. Well what do you know that's the Yiddish Word of the Day. It means finished, done, complete.

December 17th 2006 something special is going to happen so mark the calendar. Back to the chicken Bubbe likes to use a vegtable with the chicken to make it even more appetizing.

Bubbe takes out the piping hot bowl of soup and mentions that we now have a batch of homemade chicken soup along with four chicken legs.

We now interrupt this scheduled programming for a brief announcement..
It seems that we FORGOT THE ONION last episode. OOOPS!

After our moment of silence..

Time to make some matzah balls. It is all about following the directions in the back of the box while making it with the special Bubbe tips to make it light and fluffy. Get the basic recipe.

And the yiddish word of the day is short but sweet. That's right folks it's TAM or TAAM which means TASTE. Bubbe's chicken soup has a good TAAM.

Bubbe reminds us the importance of washing your hands. She also gives the secret to making a lot of soup for a party and make it taste good. The way to do it is to combine the homemade with package soup, who would have thought.

So at your next crowd you are ready to make the soup that will warm the soul. Add luchen, matzah balls, and rice.

Time to bring out the Jewish penicillin for what is going to be a fun part one of a three part episode. But that's not all it can do, it can be a soup served for shabbos or yom tov or any other festive occasion. If that doesn't work for you it can also be used as a comfort food.

Gather round kinderlach (children) because now its time for a story. When Bubbe was growing up of course things were not as good as they are today. A chicken had to be shared with the neighbor Mrs. Reed. So what would you do with half a chicken? Add dry lima beans of course so that it will balance and you get your nurishment.

Time to start off the recipe. Those that want it go here.

Bubbe shows us how clean the chicken is and her plate of vegtables. Don't forget about the cotten thread for the dill. So many things you can do with dill... so many things...

Fast forward to placing the chicken in the pot and then my freinds the Yiddish word of the day. And what could it be this time? Kneydlach of course and that means dumplings.

To use it in a sentence you might just say:

"Bubbe please give me chicken soup and make sure you have Kneydlach in it!"

Oh and then there is the skum. Yuck! No seriously yuck!! But after it's placed into the microwave I see a wonderful clear chicken soup that tastes great.

Yom Tov has come and gone and I've been behind lately but no issue we are going to keep trudging ahead.

This episode starts with a dancing purple dinosaur..

Ok... fine you know how it, starts. The same way it always starts.

Moving on.. Bubbe tells us about how to make parave sponge cake one of the most traditional deserts around. It is used for Yom Tov, shabbos, whenever you want it, it is always available.

You can eat it plain or with desert but the key is to try to make the recipe and you will not be disappointed.

Bubbe shows us the way her mother used to do it. We get to see her bowl and her beater. Bubbe shows us that the beater is still working like the day it was bought from the store.

After beating, mixing, adding, stretching, stirring, blending and everything else involved in making a cake we take a quick look at the special cake pan used.

Now it's time for the yiddish word of the day! Oh wait, no, what is this brand new segment? Ok lets go with it, I got questions, so lets ask Bubbe!

Shoshana asks: "Bubbe, I want low fat traditional recipes!" and Bubbe responds letting her know that we do everything simple and in fact many of the ingredients are in fact low fat.

You tube fan that contacted us by AOL IM asks: "Bubbe, is grape Jelly Kosher?" The answer to this is a certain brand that begins with S 32 ounces and is Concord Grape Jelly has a kosher symbol on it.

Now it is time once again for the yiddish word of the day and what is it this time? Why Kaledz Student of course. That translates to College student. It sounds the same but as Avrom notices there is a bit of an accent to it.

That being said back to the cake. The sponge cake is served with strawberries. Yum.... strawberries, my mouth is watering as I type this.

But of course we need a story. Uncle Peretz drank 5 or 6 glasses of tea. Can you imagine how large that pot of tea is! You have to check it out for yourself on the video.

Today we are going to make fish bulbe. Bulbe actually means potatoes. Fish Bulbe is fish and potatoes and fish and potatoes is known to us as fish chowder.

Good now that we got you really confused lets begin.

Years ago Bubbe lived in a street with a lot of houses. Once a week a man with a station wagon would show up. The back of the wagon had a scale and fish. All the neighbors would come on down to buy all kinds of fish.

If you want to make this dish take a glance at the recipe.

Today's yiddish word of the day is shpilkes meaning in a rush. But if you want the exact definition it is pins and needles. Hard to describe but worth watching it.

Of course at the end everything turns out as it should as the credits roll and the jazz music kicks up a beat.

Today we are going to go on a picnic. It's so hot this week that it's time to get your gear together and perhaps go to the nearest lake. So... let's get ready to make some hamburgers and if you want to make the recipe check it out here.

Bring on the meat! Yes it is raw now but after Bubbe uses her gear it all becomes a great burger. Just remember to make sure to wash your hands before getting your hands dirty in the meat mixture.

Make sure to squish them into good size patties. Carefully put them into the griddle and smell the wonderful aroma as everything sizzles.

Of course now it's time for the Yiddish Word of the Day. Kotletan which caused Avrom a good amount of time to pronounce it. Bubbe helped sound it out for him but what does it mean? Hamburgers of course!

Moving on to the episode...

This week the music has more of an italian feel to it.

When Bubbe was growing up there was no food processors, clean hands, or even a blender. All they had back then was a plain wooden smooth bowl and a chopper called a hackmesser.

On this episode Bubbe wants to show you how they used to do it so she is going to demonstrate the old fashion way.

In it she takes a pound of lean hamburg and plops it into the wooden bowl. After adding other ingredients she begins chopping away. Get the recipe here.

Bubbe rolls up all of the meat together into 20 balls of meat. These eventually end up in a pan.

So now it is time for the yiddish word of the day. Today it goes out of control. The word starts out being fleishig meaning meat. All of a sudden Bubbe starts talking about kneidlach meaning balls. Before we know it we are talking about milchig meaning milk and finally Parave which is neither milk or meat.

Meatballs go out of the pan and sauce mixture gets made. The meatballs go back in and get covered.

Finally 3 separate dishes become created one with toothpicks, one made into a sub sandwich, and then there is brown rice with meatballs.

Today we are going to make a healthy desert, with an old fashioned flavor

Bubbe likes to get everything done simple, easy, and delicious to todays standards of life.

The desert is called Luchen Kugel but it can be called Noodle Pudding.

It's so good Bubbe can feel the flavor before she even makes it.

Bubbe does not like to wash pans and so she introduces that there is a new aluminum foil that has come out that has an OU rating which is perfect since it makes an easy cleanup at the end of the day.

During the show the refrigerator and microwave is utilized. This is the first time these appliances have made there appearances on the show.

Todays Yiddish word is Luchen ...Luchen...Luchen. The word means noodles.

Today she is going to prepare her grandchildren's favorite snack.

It is very easy to prepare.

Her mother used to make strudel which took a lot of time and energy and a lot of experience. But who has time today for all of that. This is how Bubbe's Famous Jelly Jammies were created.

If you don't want to call it Jelly Jammies you can always call it easy fruit squares.
